We have achieved the following results with this program:

Employees stopped sharing ideas because no one picked them up. When customer complaints came in, they pointed to others rather than feeling collective ownership. The assessment made it clear that employees did not feel empowered to solve issues, while leaders expressed that employees were not taking any initiative. By just adding the topic of continuous improvement on the weekly agenda and committing time and effort to it, the issues and ideas were regularly discussed. The next step was to implement an innovation process, which resulted in a substantial decrease of customer complaints. 

Within a team, the same mistakes were repeated over and over again and this situation lasted for a long time. The assessment showed that employees were not comfortable giving feedback to each other. By focusing on the development of this skill, enabled by our digital tool, the team improved their ability to give feedback and thoroughly discuss the root cause of failures. They learned how to ‘learn from your mistakes’ and everyone in the team now easily admits a mistake. And learn from it. 


A large global organization struggled with silo working between functions. As a result, crucial steps in the customer process were not improved.
