Int2-Consulting  

 

 

Article 1. Definitions 


The following definitions are used in this privacy policy:

  1. Int2-Consulting: the user of this privacy policy: the private company with limited liability Int2-Consulting B.V., located at Oranjelaan 45 (1815 JR) in Alkmaar, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under Chamber of Commerce number 80332951;
  2. Person concerned: the natural person who (on behalf of a company) has entered into an Agreement with Int2-Consulting, or the natural person who (on behalf of a company) has contacted Int2-Consulting in connection with this matter. the conclusion and/or execution of the Agreement or the natural person who (on behalf of a company) visits the Website;
  3. Agreement: the Agreement between Int2-Consulting and the Data Subject whereby the Data Subject makes use of the service that Int2-Consulting offers;
  4. Website: the Website www.teamunleash.com managed by Int2-Consulting;
  5. Profiling: the processing of Personal Data whereby certain personal aspects of the Data Subject are evaluated on the basis of Personal Data with the aim of analyzing or predicting his personal preferences, interests, online search behavior, location;
  6. Personal data: data with which a natural person can be identified.



Article 2. Personal Data



  • Careful handling of Personal Data is of great importance to Int2-Consulting. With regard to the processing of Personal Data, Int2-Consulting acts in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Int2-Consulting handles Personal Data with care and treats it confidentially.
  • Int2-Consulting collects Personal Data from the Data Subject when the Data Subject has provided this Personal Data (via the Website) to Int2-Consulting or when the Data Subject visits the Website or has contacted Int2-Consulting by telephone or e-mail.
  • Int2-Consulting collects and processes the following Personal Data:
  1. First and last name;
  2. Job title and/or role;
  3. Telephone number;
  4. E-mail address;
  5. IP address;
  6. Surfing behavior;
  7. Location data.
  • Int2-Consulting does not process any special Personal Data of the Data Subjects.
  • The Website and/or service does not intend to collect data about Data Subjects under the age of 16, unless they have the consent of a parent or legal representative. However, Int2-Consulting cannot check whether a Data Subject is older than 16. Int2-Consulting therefore advises parents and legal representatives to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If a parent or legal representative is convinced that Int2-Consulting has collected personal information about a minor without this consent, the parent or legal representative should contact Int2-Consulting using the contact details included in Article 12.1 and then Int2-Consulting terminate the processing and delete the Personal Data.



Article 3. Basis and purposes of the processing


  • The basis of the processing of the Personal Data is to perform the Agreement or, at the request of the Data Subject, to take pre-contractual measures. In the case of Profiling, this is the consent of the Data Subject.
  • Int2-Consulting collects and processes the Personal Data for the following purposes:
  1. dealing with the question and/or comment from the Data Subject;
  2. submitting a quotation and/or offer to the Data Subject;
  3. the conclusion of the Agreement;
  4. to be able to contact the Data Subject regarding the execution of the Agreement;
  5. maintaining a customer relationship with the Data Subject;
  6. building and maintaining a customer base;
  7. sending an invoice;
  8. to comply with administrative obligations;
  9. to offer the Data Subject personalized advertisements and content (Profiling), also see Article 4;
  10. to send the Data Subject, if he has given permission for this, a newsletter, also see Article 5;
  11. to improve the Website and the services of Int2-Consulting;
  12. generating general statistics about the use of the Website.
  • The provision of the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the Data Subject is a contractual obligation. No Agreement can be concluded without the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • Int2-Consulting will not keep the Personal Data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes, as described in Article 3.2, for which the Personal Data are processed.
  • Int2-Consulting only processes the Personal Data that are minimally necessary for the existing purposes. Int2-Consulting strives for minimal data processing.
  • Int2-Consulting will not process the Personal Data for purposes other than those described above.



Article 4. Profiling 

  • Profiling is only performed if the Data Subject has given permission to Int2-Consulting for this. This consent can be withdrawn by the Data Subject at any time.
  • The purpose of Profiling is:
  1. to show the Data Subject advertisements or other content on the Website which Int2-Consulting suspects is in accordance with the interests of the Data Subject;
  2. marketing analyses;
  3. sending personalized newsletters.
  • Profiling can take place through a combination of the data provided by the Data Subject when creating an account and data originating from various cookies.
  • For Profiling purposes, the following data can be processed by Int2-Consulting:
  1. sex;
  2. age
  3. location data;
  4. search queries entered on the Website;
  5. surfing behavior.


 

Article 5. Newsletters 

  • Newsletters will only be sent to the Data Subject if the Data Subject has explicitly given unambiguous consent for this to Int2-Consulting. The Data Subject can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time, see Article 6.
  • Int2-Consulting will not approach the Data Subject for direct marketing purposes if the Data Subject has not given permission for this. 


 

Article 6. Unsubscribing from newsletters

  • The Data Subject can unsubscribe from newsletters in the following ways:
  1. by clicking on the link in the email containing the newsletter that allows the Data Subject to unsubscribe from such newsletters;
  2. by contacting Int2-Consulting, see Article 12.1 for contact details.
  • In every newsletter that is sent to the Data Subject, a link is included with which the Data Subject can unsubscribe from the newsletters.



Article 7. Erasure of Personal Data 

  • Int2-Consulting will erase Personal Data from its systems without unreasonable delay if, among other things:
  1. the Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed;
  2. the Data Subject objects to the processing of his Personal Data and this objection is justified;
  3. the Personal Data is incorrect or outdated.
  • Int2-Consulting is not obliged to delete Personal Data in case of one of the situations described by law in which the "right to be forgotten" does not apply.



 Article 8. Provision of Personal Data to third parties

  •  Int2-Consulting will not provide the Personal Data of the Data Subject to third parties unless:
  1. Int2-Consulting has obtained explicit prior permission from the Data Subject for this;
  2. one of the legal bases applies through which the provision of Personal Data to a third party is permitted;
  3. it is necessary for the performance of the Agreement;
  4. the transfer is made to a processor engaged by Int2-Consulting for the purposes listed in this privacy policy with which processor Int2-Consulting has concluded an Agreement that ensures that the processor offers sufficient guarantees with regard to technical and organizational security measures with regard to the processing.
  •  The Data Subject can withdraw his consent to provide Personal Data to third parties at any time.


 

Article 9. Right of inspection, right to transfer, rectification and deletion

  • Upon request, Int2-Consulting grants the Data Subject access to all Personal Data that Int2-Consulting keeps of him/her and Int2-Consulting provides the Data Subject free of charge with a copy of this data in such a form so that the Data Subject himself can provide the Personal Data to a third party.
  • Int2-Consulting offers the Data Subject the possibility to have any incorrect data that Int2-Consulting keeps corrected or deleted free of charge.
  • The request for access, change or deletion of data can be submitted in writing or by e-mail to Int2-Consulting, see Article 12.1 for the contact details of Int2-Consulting. Int2-Consulting will respond to such a request as soon as possible and in any case within 4 weeks.


 

Article 10. Objection

  • The Data Subject can object to Int2-Consulting to the processing of his Personal Data if he has good reason given his specific situation. After Int2-Consulting has received the objection from the Data Subject, Int2-Consulting will stop processing the Personal Data of the Data Subject, unless Int2-Consulting has legitimate interests in the processing of Personal Data that outweigh the interest of the Data Subject.



Article 11. Right of limitation

  • If a request has been submitted by the Data Subject in connection with adjusting, supplementing or deleting his Personal Data or an objection has been submitted in connection with the processing of his Personal Data and the handling, processing and execution of this request or that objection takes some time, then the Data Subject can request Int2-Consulting to limit the processing of his Personal Data.



Article 12. Contact 

  • For questions about the way in which Int2-Consulting processes Personal Data, the withdrawal of consent in connection with the processing of Personal Data, access to Personal Data that Int2-Consulting processes of the Data Subject, request for a copy of his Personal Data, the request to change or delete his Personal Data, the request to limit the processing of his Personal Data or the submission of object to the processing of his Personal Data, the Data Subject can contact Int2-Consulting via the contact details below.

  • If Int2-Consulting corrects, supplements or removes Personal Data of the Data Subject at the request of the Data Subject, or terminates or restricts the processing of the Personal Data or has processed a withdrawn consent, Int2-Consulting will inform the Data Subject.


 

Article 13 Security Measures  

  • To prevent unauthorized access to, loss, theft and unlawful use of Personal Data, Int2-Consulting has taken various security measures, including measures against unauthorized access, use, modification, unlawful and unintentional destruction and unintentional loss of the Personal Data.
  • Int2-Consulting takes the following security measures:
  1. using systems with strong passwords to prevent unauthorized access to information systems and which are only accessible to management and administration;
  2. using secure network connections;
  3. data provided to Int2-Consulting is stored on a separate server in a closed space through a secure web environment;
  4. storing the data in the database encrypted;
  5. periodically checking (or having checked) the security measures taken;
  6. timely software updates and backups on external, disconnected secure data carriers;
  7. e-mail messages and/or other documents containing Personal Data of Data Subjects are generally not printed. If something is printed, the document will be kept in a locked cabinet in a locked room or the document will be destroyed immediately after use;
  8. physical protection of its IT facilities and equipment against unauthorized access and against damage and malfunctions.


 

Article 14 Privacy policy of third parties

  • This privacy policy does not apply to Websites or applications of third parties, such as social media Websites, which are connected to the Website by means of links. Int2-Consulting does not accept any responsibility or liability with regard to the way in which these Websites handle Personal Data. For more information about the way in which these third parties deal with Personal Data and suchlike, the privacy policy of the relevant Website or application should be consulted. 


 

Article 15 Changes  

  • Int2-Consulting reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this privacy policy. The latest version of the Int2-Consulting privacy policy is available on the Website. 

 


Article 16 Data breach 

  • If a security incident has occurred at Int2-Consulting whereby Personal Data of a sensitive nature have been leaked or which for any other reason has a serious adverse effect on the protection of the Personal Data processed, Int2-Consulting will, if possible, within 72 hours after the data breach has been established, report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and act in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Authority's Duty to Report Data Breach Policy Rules.
  • If there is a data breach at Int2-Consulting that has unfavorable consequences for the privacy of the Data Subject, Int2-Consulting will immediately inform the Data Subject.



Article 17 Cookies 

  • Int2-Consulting uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies.
  • A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of the device of the Data Subject upon the first visit to the Website.
  • Int2-Consulting only places tracking cookies if the Data Subject has given permission for the placement of tracking cookies prior to visiting the Website. Before the Data Subject has given permission for tracking cookies, only functional and analytical cookies will be placed that have no consequences for the privacy of the Data Subject.
  • The Data Subject can opt out of cookies by setting his internet browser in such a way that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, the Data Subject can also delete all information previously stored via the settings of his browser. More information about enabling, disabling and deleting cookies can be found by the Data Subject in the instructions and/or by using the Help function of his browser. Functional cookies are necessary for the correct functioning of a Website. When the Data Subject removes functional cookies, this may have consequences for the correct functioning of the Website and it is possible that Int2-Consulting cannot provide its service or cannot provide it properly.

Article 18 Submitting a complaint

  • If the Data Subject is of the opinion that the processing of Personal Data by Int2-Consulting is not in accordance with this privacy policy and/or with the applicable laws and regulations, the Data Subject can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This Privacy Policy took effect on 01 February 2021. We may change this policy, so check regularly to see if it has been updated.
