Agile ways of working are gaining ground. Most companies now have a SCRUM Master, Product Owner or LEAN green and/or Black Belt. But just as with most changes, the transition to a substantially different way of working is not easy.

UNLEASHED! Individual is a digitally supported program in which participants develop skills through growth hacks and practical exercises, integrated in the daily working routine. The five skills offered – Personal Effectiveness, Feedback, Challenging the Status Quo, Opportunity Creation, Collaboration – are focused on effectiveness as a person and being able to respond quickly to changes. Participants decide for themselves which skills they develop, supported by the feedback from the digital assessment report.

We have achieved the following results with this programme: 

We have supported a team that was not performing, due to poor collaboration. After a ‘clear the air’ session, in which ground rules were discussed and agreed upon, the team started their skill development. Within a few weeks, the dynamic in the team was completely different. Six months later, they are a leading example of what customer-oriented collaboration should look like within the company. 

Since all employees had to work from home, it was more challenging to stay in touch with each other. Previous virtual team building sessions had not led to the desired effect. Our program forced the team members to reach out to colleagues and have conversations about their own development, rather than the day-to-day work. This resulted in closer collaboration, despite the fact it is a remote team. 


Within this organization, a lot of effort was punt into implementing an agile way of working, without success. Continuously improving working methods was just not part of the DNA of the company. By supporting them with skill development and introducing new tools and techniques, the entire mindset within the company changed. Within three months, they went from zero improvement ideas per month, to at least 10 implemented improvements per month.
