Our approach

We prefer to take small and measurable steps. By doing so, every deployment step is designed with integration of the results and feedback of the previous step. In this way, we continuously adapt our approach to what is necessary and feasible.


A first and important step is to run UNLEASH! Assessment, a practical and quick way to measure the elements of the culture that determine the agility of the organization. The UNLEASH! Assessment report provides insight into what is holding people back from being agile.


When discussing the results of the assessment, the next steps are also been discussed. We will assess together whether the use of the various UNLEASH! products is appropriate and desirable.


The most effective next step is a combination of UNLEASH! in Action, UNLEASHED! Individual and UNLEASHED! Leader, with one or a few teams. The results and feedback from these teams provide valuable information for further deployment.

The approach is then being deployed step by step throughout the organization. The impact of the program will grow with the further deployment.


We prefer to train employees and leaders as internal UNLEASH! champions and involving them throughout deployment. In addition to the positive cost aspect, this way of working enhances the application of UNLEASH! in the organization.

Breaking down silos by working in a multifunctional team on a multiple of issues within a key customer process.


Within 3 days, the team has redesigned the entire process and written a full implementation plan. 

Several business units within one company executed competing activities, without being aware. The root cause was a lack of transparency in goal setting and unalignment in working methods.



In two days, the working methods were aligned and clarity was created in alignment of business goals. This became the best practice within the organization.

Employees were dissatisfied that their ideas for improvement were not acknowledged, while they kept receiving the same type of complaints from customers.


Within one week, all complaints and ideas were collected, discussed and turned around into possible solutions that have been tested with customers.
