The five skills offered – Personal Effectiveness, Full Circle Feedback, Leading Self and Others, Creating the Environment, Paving the Way – are focused on effectiveness as a person and as a leader and creating an environment in which employees flourish. Participants decide for themselves which skills they develop, supported by the feedback from the digital assessment report.
