UNLEASHED! Leader is a digitally supported program. Participants develop their skills through digitally pushed snippets, practical exercises which are integrated in the day job. As exercises are integrated in the day job, the results and impact of the exercises are immediately visible and measurable.
Participants decide for themselves which skills they develop, supported by the feedback they receive from co-workers through a digital assessment. Participants can tailor made their learning journey, based on the individual needs of the leader.
