UNLEASH! Assessment

A digital assessment – at team or organizational level – of five critical behavioral factors. These factors together define a working environment in which people are able and willing to take ownership and collaborate effectively. The assessment provides insight into how the organizational culture is experienced by leaders and employees. Unleash! Assessment often serves as a starting point to determine which elements of the existing company culture require first or most attention.  

UNLEASHED! Individual

A digitally supported program in which participants develop skills through growth hacks and practical exercises, integrated in the daily working routine. The five skills offered – Personal Effectiveness, Feedback, Challenging the Status Quo, Opportunity Creation, Collaboration – are focused on effectiveness as a person and being able to respond quickly to changes. Participants decide for themselves which skills they develop, supported by the feedback from the digital assessment report.

UNLEASH! in Action

A facilitated program in which a multidisciplinary team of 5-7 participants develops a solution to an existing issue in 3 days. Participants learn to take ownership and responsibility and work together towards a solution that matches the needs of the customer and/or the company, underpinned by a structured innovation process. Depending on time and availability, the course of the program can be adjusted. We offer three modules.

UNLEASHED! Leader

A digitally supported program in which participants develop leadership skills through growth hacks and practical exercises, integrated in the daily working routine. The five skills offered – Personal Effectiveness, Full Circle Feedback, Leading Self and Others, Creating the Environment, Paving the Way – are focused on effectiveness as a person and as a leader and creating an environment in which employees flourish. Participants decide for themselves which skills they develop, supported by the feedback from the digital assessment report.
